Bien Cabal Pupusería is highly recommended. Every time I go, the quality is incredible and the flavor is incomparable. The pupusas are well-filled, the dough is perfect, and the curtido has that homemade touch that makes all the difference. My favorite is the one with beans and cheese—it's a delight! Creamy, with the cheese melted just right. Without a doubt, one of my favorite places to enjoy good pupusas.
