I will try to be honest on the whole experience and start by the good point : Beers were really goodNow the bad point : I paid by card and when i received transaction on my side on my phone i took back the card. The waiter asked me to pay a second time. I show him that payment was made on my side and ask him for a proof of transaction failure on his side. He tries to trick me with a ticket of previous day to show me there was no transaction. Then he locked me in the bar threatening to call the police. I asked again to see a failure receipt, he refused, then he wanted to take my id card or credit card in picture, and i obviously said no because he already tried to rob me once. Finally i asked him to show me the transactions of the current day after minutes being hostage, and he canceled my transaction. I directly had a notification on my bank so i redid it, and got free. He tried to rob me, but failed. It is a tourist trap, dont go there.

Awesome craft micro brewery, excellent selection of beers & super tasty food. Would highly recommend the plantain baskets (veg / vegan) and beef tacos. Golden Ale, Belgian & New England IPA all spot on 👌 Owner & host Ariel is a gent too. 10/10

Food was so good we forgot to take pictures of the plates. The cazuelitas rellenas, the carnita tacos, the Hamburguesa Volcánica, the Veraniega beer, and the Tula Cuecho cider... Everything was superb.

Excellent beer range and a great space. A must for any beer lover in Leon.

Fantastic local brewery! They have so many brews on tap, including cider. If you like craft brews, plants, and supporting local businesses, be sure to come to Cerro Negro Taproom!
