The food was excellent, cooked to perfection, in adequate proportions, without falling into the current trend of serving a lot of food but sacrificing quality.The fried kibbe and falafel were a bit dry, but very tasty.The hummus could also be improved, but it didn't really affect the experience as the whole was more than enough.The coffee was acceptable; I ordered espresso and they asked me if I wanted a short or a long one. 🤣 Training staff and paying a barista is always a good investment for a restaurant.Overall, the service is exceptional, and that's something I personally value a lot. I go to a place to eat something that can also be cooked very well precisely because I don't want to cook and I want to be well served in exchange for my money.The bathroom was spotless and impeccable. This says a lot, since when a restaurant's bathrooms are dirty (customers have access to them), the kitchen will be much dirtier. You can swear to that. So, congratulations.The first-class atmosphere is undoubtedly well-designed and thoughtfully presented. There's no loud music, which is a huge plus, and without any reggaeton, the diner's experience is much better.I wish you much success and hope you endure over time, as the city desperately needs comprehensive, well-priced culinary offerings like yours.
