Excellent food service but only Monday to Friday

Halfway down the Carlos, a band was playing, all the tables were reserved and there was no one there... They wouldn't let you sit down.

The service leaves much to be desired. And on this date, they were offering a 2-for-1 service via QR code, which the waitress told us wasn't available because they needed to update the QR code. They offer one thing, but they don't deliver on what they offer on the menu.

The food was average, but the prices were a bit high. When we went, there was a band playing very loudly, so you couldn't talk and it was deafening.

Nothing to add about Rosario's iconic bar. Just go and enjoy it.
