The food is quite good. They've been improving the interior of the place, as well as the bathrooms, but they still need more cleaning.There are always a lot of people, and there are even lines.Edit2025 We ordered gringas, and they arrived cold, poorly served. The meat was more on the plate than in the tortilla. The pineapple was frozen, and the meat was cold and tasteless.

Excellent service, great flavor and a very picturesque place. Their prices are a little more expensive than usual, but nothing to worry about. They are excellent tacos and have a calm atmosphere. The beans are legendary.

The most delicious tortas, a classic when visiting the historic center of Puebla.

Traditional for eating quickly, it never fails, but no longer giving side dishes to dishes was literally a plate of steak without onions, nopales, or something they could add for better presentation and service.

The meat is quality, tasty, and the price is right. The service is excellent and they provide seasonings. You can eat there or take out.

"They don't know how they used to do it anymore."They refrigerate the meat, and when they bring you your order, it's cold and raw. I complained that my taco was raw, having already taken a bite, poured salsa, and lime.The waitress literally came back with the taco maker and emptied the meat onto the grill. I think that's not correct. I had already eaten and prepared it. It's unhygienic for other people.

They've significantly reduced the quantity, replacing the product that accompanies the meat. The truth is, the meat is excellent, to my taste. But in terms of quality, quantity, price, as well as the complements, there are better options.

Their quality has already dropped, I remember that before they were on my top list of tacos al pastor, now I don't consider them
