Chiles en nogada are the best

I really liked this traditional Puebla restaurant. From what I saw on their menu, they serve most of the region's typical dishes: Mole Poblano, Pipian, Chalupitas Poblanas, Cemitas, Chiles en Nogada, in short, how enormous Puebla's gastronomy is 🤤The flavor and quality of the food is very good. 🥘🌶️🥯🍗🍛The price is a bit high, but the portions are very generous. ✅The staff is super helpful and friendly. There weren't many people when I went, so the service was quick. ✅The place is nice and located in a nice area with gardens and parking 🚙

I loved the food here. All the traditional dishes were impeccably prepared and flavorful. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were fair for the great food you received. I ordered the Puebla trilogy the first day, finger-licking good. I returned the next day for the arrachera; it was delicious.
