Captain Joaquín's attention is extraordinary.

Joaquín and Daniel's service was unbeatable, with excellent attention to detail, always attentive, and the pianist played varied and moderate music, a great way to share and celebrate. Thank you.

Excellent service from everyone, especially Mr. Armando.

Everything was delicious, except that one salmon soup on the menu said it came with puff pastry, but it didn't. They took it away and repackaged it later, throwing the food out of sync between diners.

For the most part this is an excellent restaurant. The service, and food (with 1 glaring exception) are excellent. My low rating has to do with 1 item we ordered; the Oysters Rockefeller. The main issue was that they were not fresh with poor taste. Clearly these were either canned or bottled. Not something you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. On top of that, we complained to the waiter about the oysters. At this point I would have expected the waiter to apologize and offer a replacement or to take it off the bill. Neither was done, and the final bill had the oysters on it. Again not something you would expect of a restaurant of this caliber. For those interested, no I did not request it taken off the bill as I felt that shouldn’t be required and the cost, compared to the whole check was minimal. It just left a bad taste in our mouths (pun intended)
