Service was extremely slow... the dishes were very expensive. I gave them one star for purely protocol. But they don't even deserve that. The manager is awful.

A good experience, the staff was attentive and friendly. The facilities are cozy with a great view of the city.The food we tried was very well prepared and presented, with intense flavors and a good variety of options on the menu.The mixology was excellent; I definitely recommend it.

Very nice place

Terrible service! We had a reservation for 7 people at 3:30 confirmed by message, we arrived right at 3:30 and the lady at the entrance was very rude and said we were late, even though we showed her the confirmation message for 3:30 she denied it and said that the reservation was not correct at that time, even though it was confirmed for us, the worst thing is that she was super rude to my family and my mother and right on Mother's Day, it's not possible, she didn't give us a solution she just scolded us as if it was our fault, until we complained they started putting us in a private room isolated from the rest of the restaurant, alone, with a meeting table for 20 people, as if they were doing us a favor, when we said we preferred another table they told us it would take more than an hour and they left us seated without serving us. We preferred to leave; it's no way to treat customers, much less the mothers who are coming to celebrate and have a good time. We left and went directly to another restaurant in the same plaza called Wine Park, where they immediately gave us a table and we enjoyed an excellent à la carte meal. They welcomed us with roses and a cake for the celebrants. If Los Canarios doesn't have enough staff, or the one they have isn't trained and behaves extremely rudely, they shouldn't take so many reservations. I don't recommend it, much less for celebrating important occasions. I can't forget the awful time they put my family and my mother through on the very day of their celebration.

Excellent buffet, varied options and excellent oysters

In the morning they have a buffet and in the afternoon a la carte. The quiet place in the afternoons and good service. The food is very delicious, they have variety. In general the service is not bad.

I have gone to eat before on this date, May 10, and I came 2 weeks ago, and the price for the buffet breakfast was $380 as usual, however today, May 10, they charged us $560 for the buffet. The price increase seemed exaggerated, ask for the price before going.
