Rich, you have to be patient.

The food is delicious as always, but the quality of the staff is getting worse and worse. The servers are very rude, especially a light-skinned guy with a tattoo on his neck and a dark-haired, heavyset girl, both working the afternoon shift. I had a very bad experience today with that pair of rude people. I want to know what number I can call to file a report against these two uneducated people.

It is not advisable to go in large groups because either they want to divide you into two tables at opposite ends, or they make you wait more than an hour while those who arrived much later are given a table.

Good but nothing spectacular. The waiters were a bit slow.
