The Specials are always delicious. The place is beautiful, surrounded by gardens. One of my favorite restaurants.

If a reservation is canceled due to an internal event, shouldn’t you at least inform the customer by phone? How is it acceptable to turn someone away at the door saying “you should have seen it on Instagram” This is not only unprofessional, but also unacceptable as customer service. If you want to be regarded as a high-end restaurant, shouldn’t basic courtesy be the minimum? I had fully confirmed the reservation and arranged my plans with friends and all turned into a mess. Worst experience I've had.

More Italian than French .

Excellent!!!

Service is always great, the menu this time around was not very "Exciting" however they do switch the menu often so that would not be an issue. Ambiance was ok, lights were too dim and music was a bit too loud.

Excellent service and attention. The quality of the food is superior to many restaurants in France. The personalized attention from everyone including the owner is fantastic. definitely the best restaurant in Guatemala.
