Welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. Dishes are well presented, and the food is cooked to perfection. The service is cordial and mutual. Recommended 👌🏽

The atmosphere seems pleasant but the staff needs more training, more attention to the public, food 13/20

Slow service, lasagna with bechamel sauce instead of Bolognese, with little salt, poor organization for important days or celebrations, not recommended at all, only in case you want to have a bad time. She wanted to have a pleasant Mother's Day meal, but she ended up upset by the service and the portions, which, for someone who eats little, left her, as they say, "in her mouth."

All the workers were disorganized, my order took more than an hour to arrive, the food was raw, I had a bad experience on Mother's Day, I hope the service improves.

PapaCholo Restaurant THE WORST EXPERIENCE ON MOTHER'S DAY! Several tables without being attended to with their orders for almost 2 hours I arrived at 12:20pm, left at 2pm with my family without being attended to. It is understandable that there was a 1 hour wait, but it was already 2pm and nothing had been prepared for our orders. Apart from that the lady in charge yells at her waiters and if possible at the customer... she has no way of serving...Anyway... I paid 120 soles in just jugs of soda waiting for the dishes that never arrived!!!Ahhhhh and the elderly man who you see in red on the left side also complained because he was dying of hunger and I went out and they didn't help him...PapaCholo Restaurant THE WORST EXPERIENCE ON MOTHER'S DAY! Very nice, all the bathrooms super tidy and clean, very good service and the beautiful place, recommended

I ordered a fettuccine alfredo and I was vomiting, in the early morning I went to an emergency clinic, terrible service, threatening my health.
