I came to Pargot Restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and everything was truly spectacular. The service was impeccable – attentive to every detail, serving each appetizer and dish with care and precision. The flavors were so unique and unmatched, each plate telling a beautiful story of Mexico and its diverse regions.They surprised me with a handcrafted note and a handmade grasshopper, a symbol of happiness, prosperity, and love – such a thoughtful touch. The chef himself came out to greet us and thank us for visiting, which made the experience even more special.An absolute joy from start to finish. This is one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve been to, and for some reason, it’s still underrated. I would recommend it 100 out of 10.

Food was truly outstanding. It was both delightfully tasty and beautifully prepared. Their clam stew is an absolute must-order dish, even for non clam lovers (such as my dining partner). Service was also excellent. Highly recommended if you're looking for great meal, and I can't wait for my next chance to visit.

Pargot is well deserving of its Bib Gourmand. In fact, I believe it is on its way to a Star.The chef's vision is clearly felt through each dish. The presentation is impeccable, as is the overall balance and taste. Local ingredients are infused with creativity to produce highly enjoyable dishes.The service was a highlight and they treated us to several small "presents" to celebrate our occasion. I highly recommend a visit to this fine restaurant.
