I do not recommend it despite having eaten here many times for the following reasons: They charge a high tip, they don't notify you and they don't earn it either because the customer service is bad, as if they are always tired or don't like their jobs and serve reluctantly. On Mother's Day, they denied me food at some unoccupied tables that weren't reserved. Besides, the prices are a bit high in terms of quality and price.

It took forever to be served, the food was cold, the appetizer arrived at the end because I asked for it again, the menu was in terrible condition, the plates were piling up on the table because no one came to collect them, the place was relatively empty so it wasn't due to a lack of staff, it was even embarrassing to ask them for something because they were busy on their cell phones the whole time.

Bad service, I asked for the bill and the waitress started arguing with the cashier... then the guy who brought me the bill walked towards me 3 times and then went back to the register, it took a while to finally bring me the bill, and then for the invoice, not to mention... TERRIBLE SERVICE...

Yesterday I went for breakfast, it took 40 minutes for them to bring my breakfast, and when they served it to me it was cold and the meat was very tough, I explained this to the lady and all she said was that she was sorry, too bad they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Excellent work, for being my first time they met my expectations. The price/taste ratio goes hand in hand. Excellent customer service, they didn't mention any offers, but the staff was very attentive, the girls were friendly and respectful, from the entrance to the end. Excellent atmosphere, pleasant music at a very good volume, both to enjoy it and to talk. Congratulations. Keep it up. 🥳
