I recently visited the Posi restaurant in Rio de Janeiro, attracted by its good reputation and impressive number of followers. The atmosphere is beautiful and the drinks menu is a highlight in itself — excellent for those looking for an experience focused on cocktails.As a starter, we ordered the Crocchette Aragosta (R$75.00), crispy lobster balls served with aioli. They were simply divine, very well executed, crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside, with a balanced flavor.The main course, the Milanese con Risotto allo Zafferano (R$122.00), left something to be desired. Despite the generous size of the meat, it was extremely thin, covered in an excessive crust of panko flour. The proportion between meat and breading was unbalanced, which greatly compromised the experience. One suggestion: reduce the size of the dish, but offer thicker and juicier meat — after all, it is in the flavor of the meat that one expects to find the chef's care.Unfortunately, the experience was also impacted by an uncomfortable situation at the entrance: drunk customers arguing with the receptionist, repeatedly entering the dining room to check on tables. The staff had difficulty dealing with the incident, which gave the impression of disorganization.Overall, the bill was around R$250 to R$300 per person. Despite the disappointment with the main course and the inconvenience at the entrance, I still think it is fair to give it a second chance, especially to explore other dishes on the menu. I hope for a more harmonious experience on my next visit.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food is truly good, but unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the receptionist's service. I've never been greeted with such rudeness and arrogance in my life. It's unbelievable that such a pleasant place would choose such an impolite and arrogant person to be the first impression customers get. It's a shame, because the rest of the staff deserved to be noticed, but with that kind of reception, it's hard to return.

Very good, the food was delicious and the service was spectacular too.
