Honestly, my visit to the place was a total disappointment. This happened on a Sunday when I went with my mom and brother, wanting to spend some time quietly. We sat at a table, but that's where the problem began: there wasn't a single waiter to serve us. We waited for a long time, and nothing. Finally, I got fed up and got up to look for someone, but all the waiters acted like nothing was happening, their backs turned, chatting among themselves or doing who knows what, without paying attention to the customers. Total disrespect! We felt completely ignored, so we had no choice but to go somewhere else.A formidable experience with the Amazonian chaufa rice, the quality of the cecina meat and the first-class regional chorizo, they add sweet plantain, refreshing camucamu, everything is good.I stopped by Bushi Restaurant and ordered the Doncella or Grilled Paiche. The boiled potatoes and avocado salad were a divine combination. The service was fast, and the place has a cozy vibe. My friend ordered the Chicharrón de Lagarto with patacones, and he raved about it. 100% recommended!I went to Bushi Restaurant with my family, and we ordered the Sudado de Paiche.
