Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and creative dishes! A great option in Fortaleza! The restaurant offers a menu that changes weekly. We had the 3-course menu: Filet Mignon-stuffed focaccia, Eggplant Parmesan trio, and grilled filet mignon with Neapolitan cheese fondue. And for dessert, a wonderful apple crumble with salted caramel. Very good!

You can feel the attention to detail.All the dishes were incredible, except for the apple dessert, which, in my opinion, would have been even better served warm (just a suggestion 😄).Otherwise, everything was impeccable. Amecari has everything to win over anyone who chooses this experience. I will definitely be back!

Great lunch experience, tasty food, but could use a little less salt. Excellent service, everyone was very friendly. The place is small, so make a reservation. Be careful with tables near the window during lunchtime; the sun makes the setting unsuitable.

Not only because it's one of the most beautiful and welcoming places I've ever been, but because I had one of those experiences that stay in your memory like a good movie or a memorable melody. The ambiance is charming—just the right amount of sophisticated, with an atmosphere that invites you to linger and savor every moment. But what truly impresses me is the care taken with everything. The service borders on impeccable: precise, courteous, and with a timing that reveals an organized kitchen, in tune with the room and the time of those who are there to indulge themselves. And if the presentation of the dishes is a visual spectacle, the flavors confirm it: there's technique, creativity, and emotion there. The hake I tried, for example, took me on an unexpected journey. Each element of the dish spoke harmoniously to one another, making it clear that nothing here is by chance. Another point worth highlighting are the drinks created by the bartender. Authentic, balanced, surprising — they are not supporting actors, but protagonists in their own right. The wine list follows the same line: designed to accompany and enhance each dish, without overpowering it. A true lesson in pairing.And, of course, the desserts... oh, the desserts! They end the meal with a touch of enchantment. They are so incredible that they almost make us forget the world outside.Amecari is more than a restaurant. It is a place where gastronomy is transformed into sensitive language, where each element — from the dish to the ambiance, from the service to the glass — contributes to a unique narrative. Anyone lucky enough to visit will understand: there, eating is just the beginning.

A good experience, an 8-course menu with two options: one traditional and one vegetarian. The first course of the menu has better options than the main courses (even with the golden charm of the meat - dispensable for the flavor). Look at the photos. Since I believe it is just starting out, it has potential for growth.
