Excellent service. The staff was very attentive and helpful even when we didn't have a reservation.

Terrible service, dirty and the rooms smelled worse, they definitely need to bless the rooms since you can hear a lot of strange noises, I really don't understand how it's possible that people come to eat at the hotel restaurant, it's so expensive and the food is really not good, besides they don't put the prices on the menu and they charge you more, and not to mention the beds, I ended up with my back extremely destroyed, I do not recommend it, be careful, do not be fooled by the price of the room, another hotel would be a thousand times preferable even if it is not as close to the center

The chiles en Nogada are delicious, very well served, and reasonably priced.

Everything is very delicious and the place is very comfortable, the dishes are at a very good price but the only issue is that the drinks have very high prices, the canned coke costs $70 pesos....

The place is very beautiful, pleasant and traditional. We had music from an excellent live pianist who made it very enjoyable. The service is excellent from all the waiters, they put a lot of effort into serving customers and do it with pleasure. The food is AWFUL, completely inedible, I had to leave my entire plate. I hope they change their kitchen to match their salon service.
