One of the best meals I've ever had. The flavors were diverse and deep with emphasis on local ingredients. Care at every turn and attention to each detail. Traditional meets original. We sat at the "chef's table" so the Chef de Cuisine was our master of ceremonies. He took the time to explain each ingredient on every dish. So much knowledge shared with true joy for the art.A delightful experience. We will be back.

The tasting menu was incredible. It started with an appetizer and built up to an absolutely delicious main dish. It finished off with two desserts. I was so full by the end, I could barely eat anymore.I highly recommend the mezcal flight as a pairing. It consisted of three very different mezcals and small dishes that went with them.The service and the atmosphere were impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive. The music and ambience were soft and non-intrusive.Lorea made for an amazing evening.
