I'd been here before and the atmosphere was much better, it's like they don't care about the customer anymore, they serve you and that's it, they don't check if you need anything else, you have to keep calling the waitress; apparently they've changed owners! Before, even the owner would come to your table to check if everything was okay! The food lacked flavor although the slices are always delicious, the service was a bit lazy, the music was terrible, I asked for the music to be changed and my request was basically ignored!! There was no one else in the restaurant so obviously the customer's requests don't count! It's a shame because I liked the food before and even ordered delivery, but not anymore 😒

The service is completely disastrous. You place orders, they say they'll send them, and they don't take them until two hours later, then they say you didn't order anything. Terrible service. It's a shame because the food is good, but if they can't run a business, they might as well not have it.
