Cozy place ☺️Everything is excellent, but it is not a recommended option for those looking to save money.I was at the restaurant and, upon leaving, realized I'd been charged twice. I went back to resolve the situation. The cashier confirmed the duplicate charge but didn't issue a refund, only telling me I could return another day to use the same amount. They refused to provide me with a receipt or voucher, and yet I trusted their word.Today, a week later, I returned to the restaurant and, upon approaching the cashier, was surprised to learn I would have to pay again and resolve the issue directly with my card issuer.I've been eating at this restaurant for eight years and was extremely disappointed by the disregard. How many people have experienced this and not even noticed the duplicate charge? Terrible service, a complete lack of respect for the customer!
