We were at Verona for Valentine's Day dinner and, overall, the experience was good. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, ideal for a date night, and the service was impeccable — attentive and polite staff at all times.The food was very tasty and well-balanced, especially the main dishes. However, the starter left something to be desired, with a heavy dough and practically no filling. The dessert was also not very good, it was very hard and too sweet.Another important point: the menu did not show the prices, which can cause discomfort or surprises for customers — especially on special dates, it is essential to have transparency in prices.Finally, a delicate point that made us uncomfortable: upon arrival, we noticed that they were offering a rose to the women and a glass of wine to the men. Since we are a couple made up of two men, we did not receive either, and to this day we do not know if it was forgotten or an intentional choice. Either way, we felt excluded, which was disappointing on such a special date.With small adjustments and more sensitivity to the diversity of couples, Verona has everything it needs to provide a memorable experience for everyone.

We went last night and the entire service, food and experience were sensational.

If it were possible to give zero stars, that would describe this restaurant better! Terrible! The place is indeed very beautiful and romantic, but that's all it is! Terrible service and food that is not worth even half the price charged! I really expected an extraordinary experience, for me and the guest, but we received nothing but stress!

The atmosphere is, in fact, very pleasant, but it's a shame that the service insists on ruining the experience. From the beginning, we were not well attended to by the waiters, to the point that something as simple as asking for the menu became an exercise in extreme patience. There were several attempts, several requests... until, after much insistence, the menu was finally delivered.The famous fountain padlock? We had to repeat the order to three different people, as if we were asking for a huge favor. The bill, of course, followed the same pattern: it took a long time, came with inconsistent amounts and, when we questioned it, we still had the privilege of being served rudely by someone who should, at the very least, apologize for the confusion.What should have been a pleasant moment ended up being a test of patience, with a lot of annoyance from start to finish. Honestly, I do not recommend it to anyone. A disappointing and, unfortunately, unforgettable experience, for the wrong reasons.

My praise goes to the waiter Diego, who served me very well! More professionals like him!

A very nice atmosphere. Very romantic atmosphere. We had a table outside, near the fountain. The wine list is divided by country and region of each country. The food is good, the only problem was the shrimp that came with the shell on, which could have been served clean. Everything else was great.

Excellent food, very good service and the atmosphere is amazing... everything is impeccable. Look for the waiter Diego, he is very good! 👏🏻
