I was recommended this place, and when I visited with my friends, I felt bad 🤡 The food took a while. I ordered boneless and they delivered it just as we were about to leave 🫠

Terrible service, my partner and I went to dinner and went up to the terrace they have and they saw us go up and even said good night but they didn't serve us easily, we were there for 20 minutes waiting and when we went down we saw the lady very comfortable on her cell phone without attending to her business, how unfortunate since it was our favorite place👎👎👎

Very bad service, it was my place for a while but then it became horrible, they have zero customer service, they keep you waiting for a long time to serve you, the service is sometimes very arrogant, the last time I left there because they took a long time to serve and when I got down I found the service on the cell phone very unconcerned 👎

The service left much to be desired. As soon as we sat down, we were told, while looking at the menu, that we were seven times the minimum. There were four of us, and we were treated like criminals the entire time.

The place has the right conditions for a good environment. Of alcoholic drinks they only have beer.

The food was super bad, we ordered some boneless ones and they were hard and cold, as well as some nachos with meat and they had everything but meat. The customer service was very bad, the lady with glasses who served us was very rude, we asked her kindly if she could lower the volume of the music and she told us that was the only thing that could be done and the music was still very loud which did not allow us to be able to talk among the people who were there, it took them a long time to serve us. Maybe the other type of glasses was very rude, he just didn't come back because the same thing had happened and I gave him a second chance and the service is still terrible. I hope they can improve it because it is in decline
