Today I was surprised by the waitress's service. She didn't smile, was grumpy, and didn't explain anything kindly. I explained what I wanted: thinly breaded steak with spaghetti in cheese sauce, the traditional executive menu I always had there. She said she could make the parmigiana without sauce. She all looked very unfriendly. What came? The parmigiana, which I didn't order, but I don't even know if it was the waitress's fault. They changed the dish, and that was fine. I could eat it, not with my friends, but I did. The bill came with the price of the parmigiana, which I think was wrong. I complained, and they gave me a R$10.00 discount, at great expense, since the agreed price would be the same as the executive menu. They forgot to give my friend the dessert that came with the fish... she had to order it. The restaurant was empty, with no line, and the service was extremely poor. I felt very disrespected and exploited.
It wasn't a good experience. Starting with the receptionist, who was very unfriendly. The food left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom smelled awful. We won't be returning.
Cozy, dark atmosphere. I ordered a Belini, which was incredible.
Vegan and gluten-free options: cappuccino needs to improve a lot, it lacks flavor and it came practically cold, this happens at all Press. Vegan and gluten-free chicken quiche, I didn't like the flavor, I almost left it on the plate. Good service.
The service has declined significantly. My friend and I used to go there often, but lately we've been treated so poorly that we ended up leaving last week because we felt so bad!
I visited the restaurant for the first time on Mother's Day. I ordered the Agnolotti del Plínio dish, which is said to come with Sicilian lemon zest, but I didn't taste any lemon zest. My daughter ordered lasagna bolognese, which was tasty but dry. For dessert, we ordered a cannoli with three flavors, a reasonable dessert, almost sugar-free. Honestly, I expected more from the dishes. A very beautiful place, with a nice atmosphere and great service, but the food was just average.
