Last night we went out with friends. We arrived without a reservation, and the service was excellent in accommodating us. The food was excellent in all its flavors, including pasta, lasagna, and main courses! Everything was hot and the service was fast.Highly recommended!

This was my first time there since the change of ownership, and I was deeply disappointed.For starters, we ordered mushroom bruschetta, and two slices of milk bread arrived, both burnt, with a chewy mixture of mushrooms and vegetables that had no flavor at all.For lunch, I ordered the lasagna by Chari. Again, it was flavorless. It seemed like they took the boiled vegetables and just threw them in, with no seasoning or flavor. The plate was also covered in sauce, as if the lasagna was floating in it. Inedible.The bathroom decor was horrendous. I couldn't tell if I went to the bathroom or the haunted house. Not to mention the filthy record player where the toilet paper rested.The only good thing was the dessert, which was from the patisserie.I wouldn't go back.

Very good service

I went with my family both times I was passing through Venado. Both times everything was excellent, the attention, the divine room, the atmosphere and of course the food, the exquisite pastas. When you return to Venado, it is a must stop.
