One of the best meals we had in Trujillo.I love this place. The Caprese salad was spectacular. Very fresh and well-seasoned. It hits the palate with just the right punch.
For main course, we ordered ossobuco with mashed potatoes: the meat was as tender as it should be, the mashed potatoes had good body, but the red sauce... just barely lived up to expectations, as we thought it was a bit overly acidic.
For main course, we ordered ravioli stuffed with mushrooms smothered in Parmesan cheese cream. This dish is unbeatable. We're sure it has already elicited more than a few sighs from our guests.
The wine offered by the glass was fine, but if it were served a little colder, the pairing would be more complete.

The only downside is that the restaurant is very close to the kitchen, and the heat emanating from there is very strong, so much so that it's uncomfortable... maybe if they installed fans or found a way to keep the place cool, it would be a 10/10.
