A long-standing tradition among the few good restaurants with a long tradition in Monterrey. I haven't been to AL Restaurant for years. It now has air conditioning. It's still open 24 hours. The food is very good, and the service is attentive and quick to serve you. As long as they have what you order, they'll be happy to serve it to you, no matter the time. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Parking is on the street on Madero Street. Metered parking is free on Sundays from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The liver with onions or Mexican-style, either one, is delicious. I went to check this place out, and it has the typical Monterrey feel for a weekend lunch or breakfast: coffee with bread, lunches and/or menudo, and a truly family-friendly atmosphere.

The flavor is very good, compared to other restaurants with the same seasoning and cleaner, it seems more expensive to me, but what did make me laugh is that the $180 peso jug of lemon is lemon concentrate, at least for that price, add real lemons. It's the most expensive Tang I've ever bought in my life 🤣
