Terrible customer service, I gave them too many chances because I like their wings. But they have become accustomed to delivering orders that are incomplete or poorly presented (with a fly) and do not provide logical solutions to the problem that they themselves cause.

I didn't like the service there for three reasons:Poor service. The waitress was on her cell phone and didn't pay attention to my order, even though there were two of us. She only brought one order, and she forgot the other, so we had to wait for the other.#2 They charge you the tip included in the bill, even though it's a 60 cordobas price. I think it should be optional. # There's no good ventilation. I would like to hear the suggestions, please.
