I had the opportunity to have lunch at Anaconda during my visit to Iquitos, and the experience exceeded all my expectations.The owners create a unique atmosphere. I sat on the terrace and it was incredible to watch the sunset while enjoying typical regional dishes.I tried the ceviche and seafood trio, which was simply spectacular: fresh fish, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. We also ordered patarashca and a lemonade with cocona, which was delicious. You can tell the ingredients are local and fresh.The service was very good; the staff was attentive but not overwhelming, and the wait times were reasonable. The atmosphere is calm, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city or taking a river tour.In short, Anaconda is a must-stop if you're in Iquitos. Great food, excellent service, and an unforgettable view. I would definitely return.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
