Everything was wonderful...excellent food!

Today I had the opportunity to visit the famous Anella. The atmosphere is cozy and the service was friendly. The highlight was, without a doubt, the carbonara, which was simply delicious — perfectly cooked pasta, creamy sauce and authentic flavor.However, one thing that deserves attention was the waiting time: the dish took about 40 minutes to be served. The restaurant was not crowded, there were about 10 empty tables. This ended up compromising the experience a little.Even so, I would go back to try other dishes, hoping that the preparation time is more compatible with the restaurant's busy times.
