I ordered delivery, wanting to eat something delicious, this time a paisa rice. It arrived cold, without flavor, almost no protein and packet pork rinds. Apart from that, I make the comment and they tell me that what I am telling them is a lie, not only do they have a bad product, but also bad customer service. One of the few restaurants not to return to in Bucaramanga.

A "costimbo" is ordered through App Didi, the rice arrives with an excess of raw and hard grains, a piece of ripe rice tasted sour, the potatoes arrived cold and the taste is terrible like old or overheated oil. They are observed through the platform and the response is that everything is fine for them. Terrible service and incredible that since rice is their strong point, they don't prepare it well.

When they started at the Piedecuesta headquarters it was excellent rice, good portions, fair prices and the food came out fast, well cooked and hot and was pleasant. Yesterday, Thursday, May 1, I went with my mother to eat and what a disappointment, the food took almost 40 minutes to come out and it came out cold, the beans were very watery as if they had added water at the last minute, everything was very cold for food that had just come out of the kitchen a few meters from our table, they don't lose touch in their food but it is no longer excellent as before, before I took everyone to eat at this restaurant, it is now one of the bunch.

Delicious food and good quantity.

If you have the chance to come, don't do it. It's horrible in terms of service and food, and has the worst bandeja paisa in the world. Don't order it.

It's disgusting that I lost my money for lunch. I ordered a premium rice that is supposed to have good things, like 5 squares of meat. I didn't find corn. It was pure rice with a lot of seasoning. Too bad, I was bored and hungry because I wasn't going to eat that pile of rice that they gave me without anything else.

They should improve customer service for lousy WhatsApp orders and the food is delicious
