Had a nice workshop from Arthur, a top chef who shares his knowledge with great patience! Nice local dishes to make yourself and had a lot of fun. Definitely recommendedI have already participated to some cooking class before but the one with Arthur was the best I have ever done. The chef explained in detail the properties of the ingredients you are going to use and show you step by step what to do, and you follow doing everything by yourself form the beginning to the end. During the class are cooking your own meal that is also the one you are going to eat at the end, working in your own space. The most complete cooking class you can wish for, highly recommend!Followed a nice cooking workshop at this restaurant! Educational, fun and delicious foodVery nice and educational workshop! I learned more about cooking in this workshop than my entire life before!Thank you Arthur for the nice experience!!We had a great experience in Arthur’s cooking class. We made 2 entrees, 1 main, pisco sour and chicha. Arthur was an excellent teacher and we learned to cook traditional food using traditional techniques. We now can cook these dishes ourselves and have some Peruvian food at home. He was also very friendly and gave recommendations and advice about Arequipa restaurants.Very pleasant restaurant, great culinary discoveries such as alpaca and a molecular dessert
