I do not recommend going to this restaurant, not even if they paid you to go. To start today on Mother's Day, my children and my husband took me to this terrible place. I know they had the best intentions. As you can see, it's a restaurant located inside Shopping Cidade. In short, it should have good service. I'm sorry to inform you that I don't think even a popular restaurant would have better service. First, look at the cups they were serving today on Mother's Day, yes, they were plastic. I don't know if it's always like that because this is the first and last time I'll eat something from this restaurant. Look at the situation with the cutlery, all chipped. The portion we ordered appeared to be beautiful. If I could, I would give a piece to each of you reading so you can try the meat. Chicken meat, pieces the size of ice cubes, extremely salty, burnt heart, thin sausage burnt on the bottom, etc. The potatoes were very bad, even the CLOWN potatoes are better (you know where I'm talking about). The juice was flavorless, as you can see, even on the receipt. The wait time was 1 hour and 20 minutes, they lied, just waiting for this horrible portion was an hour. People said they had 1 but there were 4. I didn't eat properly, I just tasted some meats as I mentioned above, and neither did my children, because we lost our appetite. We paid a lot for terrible service that didn't even exist because the waiter DISAPPEARED! He only showed up to deliver the dish, period! He didn't ask if we wanted anything else, he just left the bill with service he didn't even provide. It made me want to not pay since he DISAPPEARED, even eating on the corner of my house would be more advantageous. Eating out in Belo Horizonte is getting harder and harder. You pay a lot for mediocre service and you get stressed. I don't recommend this place, not even for a drink of water! Think very, very carefully before sitting down to eat at this place because you will be more angry than enjoying a meal and for the price it is not worth spending at this establishment. VALUE YOUR MONEY.

I was at the Só Shopping Cidade unit on 01/25/25 and I received extremely poor service from the waiter Fernando, he was rude, rude, ill-mannered, I couldn't even place my order at the table, I had to get up and do it directly at the cashier, where I was well attended to, they got the meat cooked wrong, but that was resolved as well, however the poor impression of the waiter's service unfortunately is what remains as my final evaluation.
