Excellent alternative

I've eaten in some of the world's best restaurants and the experience at Atrio sits on the very top of my list. From reservation to dismissal, the interactions with each staff member were flawless. Highly trained and gentle. The place is immaculate with a very minimal and clean design, but still cozi enough to belong to El Hatillo. The food is off the charts by anyone's measure, including the most demanding guests. Designed as a journey through Venezuela, cooked perfectly; combining textures, colors, beautifully and elegantly, resulting in truly unique delicate flavours. All the elements of a culinary experience at their finest. Congratulations again to Atrio for achieving such a an accomplishment. Bravo!.

One of my best restaurant ever

Super pleasant experience, thanks to its chef/owner Armando Sanchez who treated us wonderfully. A place with a menu of Venezuelan essence brought to the experiences of Michelin star restaurants. Very adequate quality/price ratio without being cheap. A place you have to come to eat very well.
