I had the Cuy, which was lovely and, accompanied by the sides, was filling. What really let the evening down was my girlfriend’s burger, ordered medium, but coming out genuinely completely raw. We obviously sent it back, as ground beef is particularly dangerous when not cooked properly. However, when it came back after 15+ minutes, it seemed to only have been seared again, remaining to be completely undercooked, still raw. At such a lovely restaurant you’d expect they at least reconstruct the burger somewhat when it returns to the table, but this was not the case. Admittedly, we could have asked it to be re-fired again, but it just seemed too demanding and awkward to request this again. When the waiter cleared the table, despite the raw patty being uneaten, the waiter acted as if nothing was wrong, not offering it to be cooked more or quite simply for it to be taken off the bill.
Disappointing that such a nice meal was tainted by an easy-to-fix situation.

Excellent foodAycha is very close to the plaza, with a romantic and warm atmosphere. Perfect for sharing with your partner or family. The food is delicious and offers good value. We really liked the friendly service, who even gave us recommendations on meats and cooking methods.
