Very delicious ribs!

The best beef and pork ribs in all of Baja California. It has an unmatched flavor. They have first-class service, although their strong suit is takeout orders, from what I saw. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Very bad experience, I won't come back here again. I ordered a BBQ rib. When I got home, I saw a piece of rib, that was covered in potatoes. I got really angry because I live far away. 😡 Debut and farewell, almost. 😠

Today, I traveled from Cedros to the restaurant to take advantage of a 2-for-1 rib promotion. Upon arriving home, I noticed that they had only placed one rib on the tray, clearly violating the promotion. I immediately contacted the restaurant to report what had happened, and after requesting proof (which I provided), they acknowledged that it was a mistake on the restaurant's part.They offered me two options: wait approximately two hours for the missing rib to be delivered to my home or return to the restaurant myself. I opted to wait, as it wasn't fair or logical to have to return all the way to the center for a mistake I didn't make, especially considering I was already home and the commute was long.Unfortunately, they never confirmed anything or followed up with me. Even after waiting an hour, I called again and was indifferently informed that they couldn't send me anything because "they hadn't confirmed my order," with no responsibility whatsoever. At no point was there any intention to resolve the problem. On the contrary, the service provided by manager Diana was negligent, disinterested, and unprofessional.This type of treatment leaves much to be desired and demonstrates a total lack of commitment to the customer. It's unacceptable that staff errors end up affecting the experience and time of those of us who rely on their service.Unfortunately, my family and I ended up not being able to dine, waiting for a solution that never came. As a frequent customer, I feel completely disappointed. Although your establishment has promotions, in the future I will prefer to go to House of Ribs, where I have always received excellent service and quality food.

They have a lot of variety, which is good, and my favorite dish is the Pork Ribs.It's a well-served dish with a double portion of fries, corn on the cob, and bread.Although there's a strategy so you can enjoy it without getting sick from just the fries 😅

Very good ribs; generally, the times I've been there have been delicious. The service was good and very fast. I think the prices are fair in relation to the flavor/portion. Finding parking during busy hours is a bit of a challenge.
