It's literally under the moon haha. Well, more than anything because of the atmosphere I give it 5 out of 5. It's like a hidden cave, speakeasy type (and the fact that right when I arrived there was a blackout on the entire street but it ended up being more romantic and added to the atmosphere of the bar). With 0 exaggeration this GOAT tasted tastier to have in its place of origin (xela) haha. I liked the simple presentation of the letter. Which was full of my favorite drinks and some original touches. The guy who helped us was also friendly, explaining in detail about our curiosity. The burger was delicious with that sauce, I don't remember what it was? With cilantro or chimichurri something like that there? I value the originality of this pulled shitake although for my taste the sauce could be less sweet and add a little garlic or some umami flavor so it would be brutal. And I also loved that PAPOTAAAA. Well, if I go to Xela, I would definitely return to this little cave.

The burger was super tasty. I was particularly impressed by the bread. Various sauces were served which were also delicious. You can eat good and tasty food with good music in a rustic cellar.

Too good atmosphere in this little hidden bar, subdued lighting and soft music. The owner is very welcoming and the food was delicious.We ate 2 delicious burgers!
