Excellent service and food not to mention

Great place for breakfast or lunch... the cocktails are delicious. Ask for recommendations; even though they seem small, the portions are perfect.

We arrived at 12:30 pm and they told us that the only thing they could offer us were eggs or chilaquiles, since the food menu didn't start until 1 pm, so we asked to wait while we had a coffee with sweet bread. They mentioned that they would check if they could offer bread, we went in and the very friendly waiter brought us bread and very delicious coffee, then we ordered the food, the menu is very small, it has few dishes to choose from and the flavor is simple, for the price I think you only pay for the view and the design of the place, I recommend it only for breakfast

For the price, it's not that great. They brought the coffee cold, the salmon was skinless, and the bread was very small.

A place that had its day... but isn't the same anymore When Balta first opened, it was wonderful: excellent service, delicious food, and spectacular mixology. The attention to detail was evident, and it was one of my favorite places for a special experience.However, over time, I've returned several times, and it's no longer the same. Many things have changed—from the attentiveness of the waiters to the quality of the food and drinks—and overall, it feels like the standards have dropped quite a bit.I'm not saying it's a bad place, but it no longer has that spark or the level that made it stand out. I hope they recover what made them unique, because they have everything to shine again.
