A very pleasant place to eat Creole food and ceviche. The service is excellent, and the prices are in line with the restaurant's quality. Recommended.A very good experience at La Barra. We went for a birthday lunch, and from the moment we walked in, we were treated very attentively. They knew it was my birthday, and they brought me a surprise, accompanied by all the waiters singing—wonderful. We had lunch: causa cevichada and two lomos saltado dishes. To drink, we ordered a pitcher of chicha mora (morning chicha). Everything was delicious. I would go back for lunch with the family.If you truly want to experience the flavors of traditional Chiclayo, this is the place to be. The dishes are beautifully presented, as is the atmosphere and the restaurant itself. Unique flavors and haute cuisine are offered by a chef. Highly recommended!"This last weekend I went to lunch there and was served by a waiter with an imposing and reckless attitude. I ordered a classic ceviche and a carretillero to eat there; and another of the latter to take away. However, the waiter who served us wrote down only what was for eating at the establishment and omitted what was for taking home; He gave a lame excuse and left with the order. We had to ask another waiter for the takeout order, who did not make any excuse and within minutes brought the order (when we had already finished eating). It is disrespectful for a waiter to want to decide what we want to bring or not to eat at home. What infuriated me the most was that after his deplorable attention and acting recklessly, he still suggested adding services to the bill. I attach the photo of the waiter.The worst experience so far.
