The Cuy to the farm EXQUISITE ✅Regarding the takeaway, the ancho steak was very good and the side dishes too, everything was well packaged and ordered at least everything arrived home in order to be able to eat.Regarding the desserts, the quinoa cheesecake surprised me and I loved it ✅ it is a very innovative option, not at all cloying, so I enjoyed it a lot.
The passion fruit mousse was good too.It was definitely worth the 45 minute wait in the room but there is room for improvement.The SS.HH clean and conditioned for use.I really enjoyed the experience, and YES it is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to taste dishes from the region, you just need to bring good spirits for the wait.The food had excesive spices and salt.Recommended
