I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my experience at Restaurante Bianco on June 12th, the date I lovingly chose to celebrate Valentine's Day. I made my reservation in advance and prepaid for the set menu, which included the meal and the wine suggested by the restaurant.Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that my reservation was not in the system. Although there were tables available and we were seated, it was a dash from the start. We were served by the waiter (I prefer not to mention his name), who was polite but completely unprepared. He served the wine inappropriately, leaving the bottle positioned right in front of my husband, which prevented him from eating or drinking comfortably—which is even more absurd considering we were seated at a table for eight, with plenty of room.The dinner itself was nothing special—the flavor and seasoning were only average. The only positive aspect was the wine, which was excellent.Finally, we asked for the bill and were surprised with an extra charge of R$41.60, even though we had paid in advance. The amount deducted from the bill was less than what I had previously paid, which makes no sense. The correct solution would have been a full refund or deduction, and there would still be R$50.00 to be refunded. When we questioned this, the waiter called the manager, who simply stated that "everything was fine then" and that if we wanted, we could order more right away, as the amount would not be refunded.I found this behavior extremely dishonest and disrespectful to the customer. There was a lack of organization, an error in the billing, and a clear attempt to push an unwanted extra charge instead of ethically correcting the mistake. It was a frustrating experience at a time that should have been special. I do not recommend Restaurante Bianco to anyone and hope my complaint is taken seriously so that other couples do not experience something similar.

What a beautiful place. A mini Italy in Goiânia. I went on a Monday. The upstairs space was unadorned. The waiter was super attentive, but there was only one serving us. The dish was divine (plenty of it) and the juice I chose was wonderful. The bathroom air was so cold, I shivered in there. I'm planning on returning on a busier day and trying something new.

Surprised! Bianco Ristorantino is pleasant, with delicious food, tasteful decor, and excellent service.
