Excellent restaurant, worth what you pay, very good top quality food, good service and overall very good.

On July 5, 2025, at 1:30 PM, the Biteka restaurant in Medellín was very busy and had a very good atmosphere. However, there were significant service issues: we waited over 40 minutes, and they forgot our appetizer. My son's ribs were served cold, so we had to send them back. My steak was overcooked, not as I ordered, which was medium rare. Biteka seems to be a good restaurant overall, but after the midday rush hour, the staff was exhausted and less attentive. Despite the good atmosphere, the quality shouldn't have suffered. Unfortunately, my son vomited that evening, and we believe it was due to the cold ribs, although we can't prove it. In short, the experience is balanced: good potential, but consistency and service need to be improved, especially during peak hours.

An excellent place to enjoy a great cut of meat cooked to perfection, at fair prices for the amount of food, good service from the staff, easy parking—it's everything that's good.

The food wasn't that great and the place is a bit cramped, the tables are very close together.
