I expected more from the kitchen. The dish called "Galinhada mentirosa" is a broth with risoni and pieces of chicken and tasteless okra. My dish even arrived cold, much to everyone's frustration. Considering the price, you can conclude that the name of the dish already indicated a scam. I do not recommend it.

I had an embarrassing and humiliating experience at Birosca because I had the unfortunate idea of inviting my husband last Sunday to meet us. When we arrived, we chose a table at the back of the restaurant where there were only the two of us. It all started when the waitress who served us, a young woman with long, wavy hair, made comments to other employees and they both looked at me and my husband, who had their backs turned, and started laughing. I noticed this because she was not at all discreet. She called the waiter, then she called a waitress, then she called the guy who was at the door receiving us, then she went to the kitchen and spoke to the others. Every time she covered her mouth and whispered something and they both looked at the table where I was and with critical looks they burst out laughing. I didn't want to believe that this was happening, but I kept it discreet to avoid any trouble. I had a quick lunch and called my husband so we could leave. It's sad to see the work of a renowned chef being erased by the lack of professionalism of those who represent them. Until never again at the Birosca restaurant.

Excellent food. The dishes arrived quickly and everything was very well prepared. The price is a little high, but I think it delivers what it promises very well, so it ends up being worth it for special occasions. My favorite was the pork cheek.

When we asked about our dishes that were taking a long time, the waitress said that the normal time for the dishes was 50 minutes. And it took more than an hour. The main dish also didn't end up being as tasty as expected.
