A place with picturesque, cheerful, and welcoming decor. The food is varied and very good. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean and organized. Toothpaste and sanitary pads are provided. The bistro is very close to the American consulate and the shopping mall. I recommend it.
