Located in the Orinokia shopping center, it enjoys excellent parking and comfort. The atmosphere is very pleasant, ideal for conversation and sharing. I think the food is very good. The prices are average. The menu has been improved; the description, photos, and prices of the dishes are clearer, although I didn't notice some promotions for Bonsai Sushi Caracas on Instagram. I recommend it.

A different experience and good service

There is a need to improve care. Good food.

The food was delicious, and the service was fast! The service could be a little better, and the place also needs a little TLC to update the atmosphere. Other than that, I really like this place!

I had a less-than-pleasant experience at the restaurant before, and today I decided to give it another try, but it was a disappointment again. Being such a nice place, with good presentation, positive reviews, and reasonable prices, you'd expect good service and decent food. Nothing to compare. There was nothing else to highlight besides the space. I didn't find the quality of the food and drinks great at all. They could greatly improve, both in terms of flavor and temperature, to avoid a bad experience and an upset palate. As for the service, it was pleasant with room for improvement. It's not a place I would recommend if you're looking for tasty sushi.

Atmosphere: The place is nice and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere. It's a shame that the only redeeming feature is the decoration.Drinks: The watered down Aperol Spritz. It was Aperol with water and ice, no Spritz. The strawberry mojito was the only thing acceptable.Tickets: Steamed gyozas: Neither steam nor flavor. Dry and cold, as if they had been forgotten in the kitchen. Breaded Shrimp: Tasted good, but obviously “reheated” (and cold!).Main dishes: Banana roll. Bitter taste, as if the toasted sesame had been burned. Or maybe it was the sauce, a terrible bitterness. Other rolls: Tasteless rice, zero fun. For the price, I was expecting something memorable, not something worse than supermarket sushi.Service The waitress was friendly, but didn't master the menu. Nothing remarkable.In summary… Six years ago, this place was worth it. Today it is a ghost of its former self: sloppy food, inflated prices and zero authenticity. I will not return nor would I recommend it. It's a shame because they have a varied menu compared to other restaurants, but it's incredible that of everything we ordered, the only good thing was a strawberry mojito 🤡
