Since we arrived (we were 3 people) they sat us at a table with 2 chairs (even though there were tables with 4 or 5 chairs alone and other diners, for example a couple sitting at a table with 4 chairs, what I mean is that there were tables available) we had to wait for them to bring us another chair, they gave us only one menu and as soon as we were seated they asked us what we wanted to order, so there was no chance to check anything, we ordered drinks without the chance to check them well, I never knew if we had a assigned waiter because different people were going to serve us but this was only at the beginning since when they brought us the food nobody stopped to offer us anything, not even to remove the plates or glasses that were empty, in fact my husband had to talk to a waiter who was passing by to ask him for things we needed another soda, lemons, etc. Even to pay another waiter had to approach to collect the payment. It was so noisy we couldn't talk. If I were to return, even if it's hot, I'd ask to be outside to see how we're treated. It's our first time here, and we didn't like it. My dish was salty, and another had skin on the meat.
Excellent place, food and atmosphere
Mixed opinion on the taste of the food.Baked potato: 1 star; Only the top half brings flavor, cheese, and butter. The other half, which is below, is a closed Galeana potato. It was only cooked and tasted bland, and the beef tasted artificial. I don't recommend the potato; it cost 170 pesos. The Rib-eye Chicharrón (pork rind) was 4 stars; it tasted delicious, well-cooked with good flavor, well-made guacamole, and a nice pico de gallo for 320 pesos. I do recommend this. The noodle tacos with meat got a minus 1 star; they were salty, greasy, and the noodles tasted mushy. The cheese tasted good, but it was already too bad for the bad taste. It cost 145 pesos. The most horrible tacos I've ever had.Very friendly and helpful waiters, good service, very good ballet parking, pleasant atmosphere inside and out, very well-prepared drinks, well-made, and ice-cold beer. This is an extra, even though the service was good.If you're going to eat or have a snack, it's better to go for a beer; it's better, or try other dishes.
The food was well presented and flavorful, the waiters served us acceptably but they lacked a bit of communication since they didn't announce the kitchen closure and we wanted to order food, which was mentioned to us even as we were about to order and minutes before they brought us the menu.
I was fascinated with how delicious all the taco and appetizer options were, everything was delicious and cooked to perfection, my favorite was the gaonera taco and the shrimp taco, I will definitely return. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the slow service and the terrible attention from one of the waitresses, it seemed like she didn't like her job and had a terrible attitude.
