This was our first time in a Michelin star restaurant. Brindillas has affordable, very well designed 8 steps menu. So happy with every dish we had. You must try here when you’re in Mendoza.
The best. At Tegui level. The best experience in recent times in gastronomy superior to Aramburu.
Simply wonderful
We always go out to different places; we don't know this restaurant, nor will we. The service is bad. We like to go to a place where they tell me about a possible dish, for example, the one they're offering today, and, at the very least, they add a note that says "subject to modifications based on availability, please inquire." But that's not the case with this restaurant. They tell you it's 8 courses for 84,000 pesos without pairing or 120,000 with pairing, and 11 courses for 128,000 pesos without pairing or 225,000 with pairing. When you ask them what each course includes, their response is "I can't share that information," so how do they expect me to visit them? I have two allergies and a friend who has celiac disease, what if I can't eat four of the 8 courses? 🤷🏻‍♀️ They should at least have the daily menu and let me know that it can be changed to another menu. In short, for the price we would much rather go to a winery where I know I can go with peace of mind.
A fabulous experience, the combination of aromas, textures, and flavors. Take a bite, close your eyes, and let yourself go... A delicacy enjoyed with all your senses. The service is impeccable. I admire the constant evolution, the desire to continue creating and growing. It's always a pleasure to return.
All around 10/10. My spouse and I have tried a lot of Michelin star restaurants and this easily has made top 3 up there with Alchemist in Copenhagen. Service was incredible and the food was simply amazing. Definitely so the wine paring! Can’t wait to come back.
What an experience. The food (8 course meal) is just incredible, worth every penny. The staff are wonderful and attentive without being intrusive and the couple of wines we had (driving so didn't pair) were delightful. Very much recommend to anyone in the area looking for a fine dining experience.
Took a girl here for her birthday and they made it perfect. The tasting menu and wine were amazing and the service was perfect
