The restaurant delivers on its promise. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the artwork adds a special charm to the experience. I went and had a great time. However, the individual dishes are served in portions that are barely satisfying! For those who go hungry, I suggest ordering at least one appetizer beforehand. Otherwise, everything was as expected. Wonderful service!

Very bad. A person responsible for the sound system was very rude to me and my friends.

Four fellow teachers went to Bruta Flor to celebrate their birthdays. One of them, a close friend and a Black woman, was snubbed by the owner when she asked for a song for the birthday girl. We must not tolerate sexist and racist attitudes, especially when they come from leadership positions. It's shameful that an establishment that, when people come for a moment of comfort and gastronomic pleasure, offers this kind of service.

We were humiliated by the owner or manager of the establishment. My friends and I had a very bad and unnecessary experience at Bruta Flor yesterday. There were four of us at a table, and one of us was the birthday girl. We were going to sing happy birthday; we were very happy, the food was delicious, and the night had been a success. Then my friend, the only Black woman at the table, called over a man who, we believe, is the owner of the establishment. She kindly asked him to play a song for the birthday girl. He, disapproving, replied impatiently, "I'm serving a Frenchman right now." She still tried to compromise, even though she was clearly displeased with the man's tacky, classist, colonialist, and, inevitably, racist reaction. He continued his offensive tone: "I don't have a birthday song." He completed the horror show by pointing at the birthday girl and, with an air of superiority and contempt, said, "She should have warned me; I would have arranged something from Carequinha or Xuxa." He was released back to his duties with the Frenchman, and after the situation had passed, I was deeply saddened that I hadn't reacted in defense of my friend, who was experiencing indirect but obvious racism. Also in response to my unacceptable omission, I write this text.

Very attentive waiters, food came quickly and was at the right temperature, there is a lot of food and it would easily feed two people... the place is very pleasant and air-conditioned and even though it was full the service was quick and attentive.

Great place to go with friends, listen to good music, drink wine and enjoy excellent food.

Soooo good! I went on the weekend and thought it was wonderful, then I went midweek and it was incredible. The service from all the waiters is impeccable; it's very hard to find places with such professionalism. I even commented on it, and the waiter told me that the owner wants the service to be exceptional and that's why he invested in it. So, I congratulate the owner too, and I'll be back on Sunday, taking my father to visit. Oh! Good food, cold beers, well-made drinks, and a beautiful atmosphere. Don't be afraid to go.
