My experience with BSB Grill was extremely frustrating. I was awarded a promotional voucher, but I'm having enormous difficulties using it. The restaurant simply ignores all attempts to contact me.I've tried WhatsApp, the contact form on the website, email, and social media, and have received no response. It's unacceptable for a company to offer a promotion and then provide no support or customer service.I express my complete dissatisfaction with the disrespect and neglect. I expected much more from a restaurant of this caliber. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.
