It's a traditional place—not necessarily over-produced—with warm, friendly service. The food has real flavor and the portions are generous. They sell beer.
A hidden gem in the center of Merida, trapped in time but with delicious food
I like the food, affordable prices, warm place, few waiters.
I've been coming here for years. The food is quality and the service is excellent. I have wonderful family memories of this Lebanese cafe. It's better than many new places. The prices are very affordable.
The eggplant is the best in the world, the labna too, all quality and good price
Old house, we ate well, Lebanese specialties, homemade seasoning, quick service.
This was my first time here. I had high expectations and was not disappointed. The food was very good, everything I tried was delicious. The waiter was super friendly and helped me with the meal. I'm no expert on Lebanese food. I understood its popularity; it was packed with locals. I will definitely return.
The place is very old, but that doesn't detract from the food. Honestly, I was quite surprised. It was a spectacular tasting experience. I rarely leave a 5-star review. If you have the chance to come here, do it, and don't hesitate to go in and try it. I'm not kidding. I've tried other Lebanese restaurants in Mexico, and they're nothing like it. If I could, I'd give more stars. I couldn't take a picture of the whole meal, but since you're reading this far, I'll tell you it's an incredible flavor bomb.Note: Don't be upset if the waiter isn't friendly at first. It's hot, the place isn't air-conditioned, so his mind may not be in the best of moods. I understand that his job is to provide service, but be honest, the heat can be overwhelming and tiring, and he's an older adult. If you treat him well, he's very manageable.
The gentleman who serves is excellent.
