They owed me 🥹 flavor in the chilaquiles and it is very important, write down the specifications of the order on the ticket or in the order form. I ordered 2 chilaquiles to go, some red ones, some green ones with extra arrachera and egg for the green ones, and extra chicken for the red ones. The arrachera was medium-cooked and came overcooked, and the chilaquiles lacked a lot of flavor. I think it could be better and more so due to the cost of the extras 🥲

Excellent service! The food was delicious from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I love this place for getting together with my friends, or taking family, or celebrating birthdays—any excuse is a good one! After my first time here, what brought me back was the delicious salsa they give with the chips! And from then on, I've loved everything I've tried! I've been coming here for years; the prices are worth it, and the customer service is perfect... Last week I went, we had breakfast, and everything was perfect. Except when it came to ordering cheesecakes for everyone—me being a cheesecake lover, and for me, an essential part after a good lunch or breakfast—I noticed they're cutting the slices much smaller than usual!! That's stealing! And I won't tolerate it! They're cutting the slices differently to get more slices out of the cake and make more money! But we, the customers, are getting our slices cut! It's not fair, huh? Who came up with this stupid idea? The slices are already very well priced, so why not steal the slice? Don't go too far, Café de la Flor! Don't go too far! That's stealing! Are you going to get richer for that slice of cheesecake you're stealing? I'm outraged. I always go there, and I recommend Café de la Flor to everyone. If you keep this up, then charge us less for the slice! The guy gave me the excuse that it was a different kind of cake. I'm not stupid! I've been going there for years, and I know the cakes and the slices! He may have been working for a week and doesn't know, but he shouldn't say what he doesn't know! DON'T STEAL FROM US, CAFÉ DE LA FLOR!

Jorge Corres was very kind and attentive and professional ...he deserves more then 10 stars.

I visited a lovely space and loved having a cappuccino and eating a slice of guava cake, or I don't know if it was a cake or guava paste. I ate it calmly without being rushed. I really like drinking coffee in the afternoons, and this visit was wonderful... I hope to return to Plaza Ríos soon... visiting from Monterrey!!

The food was delicious as always, our waiter, Armando I think his name is, was very attentive and came to see if we needed anything, the drinks could be a little better, the guava lemonade was bitter, and the artisanal soda could use a little more syrup, other than that everything was very delicious.

The service is excellent, however, the coffee and desserts leave much to be desired. I personally don't recommend this place for a good coffee and dessert. However, I have returned several times and highly recommend the breakfasts and lunches, and they are excellent.

I ordered a chile relleno and they tried to deliver it for over 40 minutes. My son ordered a machaca burrito and it came with just tomato and onion and a few strips of meat. I wouldn't return.
